Lot of things to dislike.. they have very very much expectations from employee, so that the employees has to give more than 10 hrs to his/her shift.. forcefully extension of shift. Earlier no night allowance was given to the employee for night shift. After a hard debate, they started giving.

There are two branches of Apcer. 1 in Delhi and another in Ahmedabad. All my team mates are doing wfh. Only the person in my teams to come to office is me. So I don't like it

I worked at APCER Life Sciences for 6 years. I started my journey with a US-based Pharmacovigilance team where I got a hands-on exposure of working exclusively on literature cases on ARISg database. Subsequently, I was moved into another project where I was given opportunity to manage all workflows in Argus; right from book-in of cases, case processing, and quality review. It involved cases from various sources such as solicited, literature, legal, poison control, etc. Although the work volumes were always on the higher side that led to working on weekends, but it did help in advancement of practical work knowledge that helped me developing a quick yet robust understanding of the process. Few years later, I found the opportunity to start my career as a medical writer which happened purely by chance. However, it luckily turned out to be the best decision as I finally got the right team, superb managers, and great work-life balance. During this time, I saw myself grow into confidence and my professional ethics were recognized by my line managers. As high work volumes are always a challenge in PV domain, I feel that a proper employee bandwidth should always be there to support so that people meet their daily/weekly targets without having to extend. This would discourage unnecessary weekend working and far lesser (and only urgent) weekends to work for. Also, weekends should beproperly compensated instead of offering a flat Rs. 1000 payout, which is not even justified based on per day CTC of the employees. Also, the HR team should refrain from getting in touch with line managers if its not really required. Good Salary and Job security is the Supreme factor. Working hours flexibility. WFH facility in case of any emergency. No sandwich rule applicable. Proper Induction training for new joiners before getting live access. Supportive seniors.

Delhi office location needs to be changed {shud b walking dist. to nearest metro station} Weekend working amount should be raised. Multiple meetings. Stretching hours of work.

Pathetic culture by unskilled managers It’s private limited company and some non competitive managers are boot leakers of management, no growth, good for fresher to get 1-2 year work experience

Salary deduction in the name of premium of insurance. No working hours are there, shifts are just for name. HODs are toxic and scolding is there without appreciations.

Promotion wise it’s not Good. Some will get promotion every year or Within Year. Some will not get promotion more than 2-3 years also without any Increase of Level too. It’s all God Run or lucky one .

There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an early level of your career. Management of the company is very good, everything is organized very well. Good Work-life balance, HR Is friendly and conduting 2-3 events every month which makes refreshing environment and feelin joyful to attend office.
