I thought for a while but couldn't find anything likable.

- I worked in a project called Otsuka. Very Terrible project. Everything wrong you can imagine is there. Had few colleagues in other projects also, same condition. - Very less salary and increment even though I worked here very hard for 2 and a half year. Regretted it. - All the old employees are doing WFH, but if you join now then n o work from home. All my old team members were working from home and only a handful of us were working from office. That was very unfair. - Leads and Managers were very bad and unsupportive and micromanaged us. - No fixed work timing even though I was working from office. Most of the times I had to work before reaching the office in the morning OR after reaching home from office after 7 pm. - Only work, no life. - They will force you to work on weekends. - No leave even on National holidays. - If you complaint to HR, they will also take the managers side. - They will not fire you, but will force you to resign<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Good Salary and Job security is the Supreme factor. Working hours flexibility. WFH facility in case of any emergency. No sandwich rule applicable. Proper Induction training for new joiners before getting live access. Supportive seniors.

Dislikes

Delhi office location needs to be changed {shud b walking dist. to nearest metro station} Weekend working amount should be raised. Multiple meetings. Stretching hours of work.

Job security is the first thing that I do appreciate about Apcer. During whole COVID, not a single employee was terminated.

Dislikes

Heavy workload. Not a proper work distribution (atleast in my team). Favoritism by managers. The HR is not as strong as it should be.

I joined Apcer for lesser package as I was told by HR about work life balance, 0 work load and 6 mos hike. This was an entire scam. Currently working 12-14 hours a day. Even as beginner I am forced to reach targets and asked to compensate on weekends. I was even threatened by senior manager about PIP and also were to add LWP for th e days if not compensating.This is worst experience ever an employee can have.The tone which managers use is terrific.
