It's my 1st company & I'm proud to be an Schneideian.. In 8.2 years I learnt many things professionally & personally.. company is very open to receive the innovative ideas and support to implement.., colleagues are very friendly & supportive in all ways.. No organization can give better work life balance & employees welfare was awesome & the company policies are very helpful for all employees..

Joined as GET after engineering & had a very good learning from team mates, mentors & reporting managers.. Started as commodity buyer & promoted as specialist & trained on PMP projects & was project leader for 2 years and left schneider as Manager.
