Old people IT Boss harassment our junior PP qm and PM you can't talk problem related work and not do injoy in your job only disturb life if you will join PP qm pm in apar,no any one can your help top management also can't, fault is your success is your boss achievement in your que only disturbance and pressure only for your boss.nothing work pressure.

Poor management , politics , wrong reporting from middle team to management , site people life pathetic , cheapest accommodations and low standard of living at site . Overall Apar project management team is the worst team among the all the other infra development companies

1)Canteen facilities ( partially gets food from pantry (On desk with specific quality)rest from canteen (it is too quality food but little different from first one) 2)Transport facilities (available for females only) 3)*HR department (even AGM & GM) have no authority at plant level to do exit interviews and F&F. I got answers as sir is not available( on leave)so you have to wait for experience letter till he come. 4) At time of increment cycle management askes to reduce manpower/man hour even have full workload and order. 5)If your boss Is good you are strong otherwise you can not fight alone even you are right and true....Read More
