They don't provide Salary Slip. Below 20 Employees. Turnover is below 4 Cr. Salary date is 18-26 of the next month. They hold 1-3 months salary for 6-12 months. They can terminate you anytime without pay in the name of disciplinary actions and don't pay hold salary. We have to work from 8 AM to late night without extra payment. They force for Resignation and demand 3 months salary back in the name of buyout notice period otherwise they don't provide Relieving Letter and Experience Letter.
