...espect of Employees, No Work-life Balance, Job Insecurity, No Corporate Culture. 3 Months NOTICE PERIOD Sandwich Leaves Policy to deduct salary. They don't provide Salary Slip. Below 20 Employees. Turnover is below 4 Cr. Salary date is 18-26 of the next month. They hold 1-3 months salary for 6-12 months. They can terminate you anytime without pay in the name of disciplinary actions and don't pay hold salary. We have to work from 8 AM to late night without extra payment. They force for Resignation and demand 3 months salary back in the name of buyout notice period otherwise they don't provide Relieving Letter and Experience Letter. F&F Policy : They pay after 3-4 months after resignation if you are Lucky.

Before joining, I had read some reviews about salary issues at Apagen, but since I joined, there have been no such issues. My salary has been credited to my bank on time. They are very supportle, they have not given my 2 month salary after that he was last month given me a unpaid leave.

In this company no rule regulation related to employee benifit. Only they want to do work 12 hours. They are trying to finish your personal life.
