Turnover is below 4 Cr. Salary date is 18-26 of the next month. They hold 1-3 months salary for 6-12 months. They can terminate you anytime without pay in the name of disciplinary actions and don't pay hold salary. We have to work from 8 AM to late night without extra payment. They force for Resignation and demand 3 months salary back in the name of buyout notice period otherwise they don't provide Relieving Letter and Experience Letter. F&F Policy : They pay after 3-4 months after resignation if you are Lucky.

Before joining, I had read some reviews about salary issues at Apagen, but since I joined, there have been no such issues. My salary has been credited to my bank on time. Working as a Marketing Head has been truly fulfilling experience. The salary package is competitive and performace based incentives are greate motivator. The management is genuinely value employee imput and the open door policy foster transparency. Its exciting to lead marketing team that's driven and supported by a company that invests in its people and grwoth.
