ANZ is a big and good company. every company culture depends on the process for which employee works. people of my process was not supportive they never supported me fr any of my works. yhere was a forceful mutual separation agreement we had.

No Growth and Learning Opportunities, Toxic Culture, favoritism and hard push for diversity without any consideration for merit and competencies. No focus on delivery rather relationship, no culture of valuing it's people and customers.
