Very Cheap company company provided Telugu Data but I know Hindi and they gave 1month 5lakh target and send month also same in dec they deduct my 5k salary for not completing target with Telugu data

Only satisfaction you will get while working in anvayaa is if you do your work at the utmost and not ask for travelling allowances and if you are also okay with company not paying you on the given date set by their standards.

Dislikes

Does not pay for the extra effort that you put into your work. Also, you have to tell them several times for simple task such as when would be the best time to discuss ideas which might or might be beneficial to both. You do not get pay according to the work and even if you do it would come late. They use employee innocence and does not give them reminders or correct information on payment benefits. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
