Worst organization to work with. If you can afford to get insulted and humiliated in the worst possible way, then you are welcome there. Whole system is biased. No one listens to employees. Hearings of complaints are just for formality. Manager shouts at you like you have no self respect. RM and AM will listen to manager not you. Work like a donkey still your work will not be recognized. Be ready to do extra work out of your jurisdiction as per directions. Office environment is like pressure cooker. Accademy very strong, but some of employees really working properly and maximum and employees maximum showing busy but real life they don't do anything. If you are a very beautiful woman then this company is heaven for you and you 100% selected don't worry.

Ghosts employees are working they don't have proper work, even 7 hrs working time table. Not cooperating properly. If you are overworked then it is difficult for you because you have to do your all KRA., Also you have to do some other beautiful person KRA but you don't get her credit because it is the beautiful woman's KRA. Work culture: anudip being a foundation calls its selves a company. And expects employees to be working as a corporate, where in no benifits are given, be it the regional festival holidays. People in the organization are educated be lack the sense of professionalism. It's often seen mendeling of coworkers in eachothers personal life. Specifically speaking of work all the updates are given on WHATS APP, including all the sensitive student data is share to the higher up through what's app. Under the name of student development the courses provided are very negligible. And not performed for metropolitan cities. These courses are to be given in tier 2 or tier 3 cities. under cloud computing students were taught how to upload data on cloud. Highly manipulated data is provided to the management. Creativity and new ideas are not welcomed in the organization. Infrastructure: (don't expect the office that is shown on google or LinkedIn, its head office in Bengal) provided Infrastructure for the office workspace is not at all up to the mark. Not ventilated, in a poor infra, seating given for employees is plastic chair. Which leads to many problems for back. Lack of basic hygiene. Centers are not equipped with the appropriate facilities for the trainings. Student intake is more that they can occupie and are taken to partner centers for the sessions. HR hiring - the salary offered is very low. If you are looking for a company to have a relaxed environment to work this can be fine. But when you wish to switch you will be struggling with salaries. A soft skills trainer is provided 25,000 in hand, but it my range till 35000 depending on the project. HR gives false hopes when hiring the staff. Employees are hired on contract basis deferring from 3 months to a year. And these contracts don't get renewed soon and the organization still expects work from the employees. Job security - recently the organization has lost many projects hence lay offs of massive chunks have happened. There are very little fundings in Maharashtra. Company is at a cost cutting stage.
