The work culture sometimes feel so hectic and pressurized in the Jharkhand region because almost all the time we need to work on the Saturdays which are offs. All the employees enjoy this benefit except Jharkhand. This should be changed.

Accademy very strong, but some of employees really working properly and maximum and employees maximum showing busy but real life they don't do anything. If you are a very beautiful woman then this company is heaven for you and you 100% selected don't worry.

Plus 3 k traveling allowance, 1500 rupees provident fund , partner relationship officer , which comes at last day of month, 2 Saturday off in month ,all Sunday off , 1 medical leaves per month, 1 and half paid leaves per month .
