1. No job security at all, hiring and firing policy. 2. Liars, HR, and even top management. They lie on the exp. of the developers they onboard on the projects of the client developer is in the intern stage and show them as 2-3 year exp. developer. 3. No working hours at all, they will force you to work more than 14-15 hours. 4. Onboard you on 3 projects and charge full-time billing from all the clients. 5. Even if you can't leave the company happily, as the management has the bad habit of taking revenge on the employee just because he is getting a better opportunity, they will try everything to ruin your offer. If they can't then they ruin your HR background verification. 6. They will even harass you in your FNF by threatening you to not provide a relieving letter and exp. letter.
