There was hardly anything to do. We're getting paid for spending 9 hours in the office.

No job security, owner's negative reputation precedes company, no corporate culture, no letter of intent/offer letter/experience letter, no ID card/ no PF, no PL/SL/CL, no functional HR, no medical benefits, no perks/incentives, no facilities, no verticals and no growth.

Very poor management.. all projects, process are missed mange. Blood sucking company. Salary not on time. So many deductions. Boss behaviours is very bad & abusing language.
