There is no borders/limitations to learn and explore in Anthem....how much you are capable that many open walls will be their to paint....Weekly five days working days...good work life balance...There is no stoppage, you can contact any level of person any time to explain your thoughts and hardwork. Management is there with you always to listen your ideas, to resolve the problems, to bring you up in all aspects. If you are capable within 4 to 5 years time you bill be getting the team to manage....you will be getting good opportunities to become perfect leader.
