Thats not a company it's a abomination, stay away with that company if you ambitious, better to stay jobless rather than working here , worst manager , worst appraisal. No appraisal, no caree growth at all , It was took over by Atos , but still the worst company in the world..

There is no job security and No work balance

Dislikes

Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, there is no on job training for new assignment with out proper training no one can guide how to do the job task, continuous working for 12 hours for day and there is no appreciation from manger.

I have joined as senior associate in accounts department there was my role to AP,If employee Resigned there is no replacement I have taken challenge in Asset accounting and AR billing , Month end closing process.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
