Antal International in general is a good company. But one should not join Aligarh franchise because the lady manager is worst. She doesn't have any work experience. She is a poor leader. Micromanagement is at its peak. Unrealistic expectations. Sickening work culture. No respect for employees. Very cunning and ill behavior. Antal international was really a great place to work specially for a fresher. The Internal HR department was very supportive both professionally and personal life. The director in Mumbai is very supportive he is true leader who will make sure that the team is working together.

Talking about job security if you give your 100% your safe even if its taking time to get results but you should be someone with good attitude, ambitious, hard working and loyal towards your work.
