Antal International in general is a good company. But one should not join Aligarh franchise because the lady manager is worst. She doesn't have any work experience. She is a poor leader. Micromanagement is at its peak. Unrealistic expectations. Sickening work culture. No respect for employees. Very cunning and ill behavior. Antal international was really a great place to work specially for a fresher. The Internal HR department was very supportive both professionally and personal life. The director in Mumbai is very supportive he is true leader who will make sure that the team is working together.

All the Team leaders are very supportive, helpful and encouraging. Talking about job security if you give your 100% your safe even if its taking time to get results but you should be someone with good attitude, ambitious, hard working and loyal towards your work. Antal gives a lot of learning opportunities and is always supportive

Sometimes there is micromanagement but I believe that exists is most of the companies.

There is too much stress in terms of meeting unrealistic target with a meager WIP. Every individual gets micromanaged and it feels like we are part of a mindset of one single manager instead of actively using our creative thinking to get things done.
