Antal International in general is a good company. But one should not join Aligarh franchise because the lady manager is worst. She doesn't have any work experience. She is a poor leader. Micromanagement is at its peak. Unrealistic expectations. Sickening work culture. No respect for employees. Very cunning and ill behavior. It's a humble request to franchise managers to kindly give franchise to people who are capable of leading and have work experience and not just randomly to anyone just for the sake of getting profits....Read More
