Well it’s funny that in-order to increase their ratings on Ambitionbox and to attract new folks employees people like Aarya, Shinu, Natasha etc etc are themselves posting reviews. Why praise the company so much ? Maybe because everybody who joined left in no time ? Because the policies are stupid ? Because Antal Mumbai misrepresentthemselves as saints but are literally followers of satan. This is important for all to who get a call from Aarya for a job. 1. Daily CV count - 5. 2. Daily call targets - 80-100. 3. Closure expectations - Every week. 4. All of your call recordings are heard by management through XOPA software. 5. Hire & Fire - You don’t give them money they’ll sack you the same week. 6. People who want to resign are then terminated (This is how these nuts reduce their attrition). 7. Notice Period doesn’t guarantee full pay for those 30 days. 8. 16 people quit Team Durga in 10 months. 9.
