The work culture is the best I found here. You can literally talk to CEO if you are not satisfied with anything. Usually, Managers and Leaders respond to most of the concerns. Apart from work, they also get involved in fun activities

They put blind spots on the interns who are hired from off-campus, and there is no value or respect given to the importance of higher education. Especially at the Bengaluru location, there is a lot of politics towards them, and they have hired on-campus students from bachelor's programs with a six-month internship and then offered them full-time positions. I don't recommend any students from tier-1 to tier-3 colleges to join the one-year internship program...Read More

One-year internships are a complete waste of time and can ruin one's career path. Instead, I strongly recommend higher studies students to join Cadence Design Systems for a one-year internship. Particularly at the Bengaluru office, hiring is completely unjustified based on talent and qualifications; it is solely based on personal preferences. There is a significant amount of politics from high authorities down to managers and directors.
