Work-life balance is maintained, but the hiring process at the Bengaluru office is completely improper and not based on talents and qualifications. There is a significant amount of politics targeting master's students and one-year interns. The one-year internship is not trustworthy, and I strongly discourage anyone from joining here, as it may lead to the collapse of your career and cause regret.

At the Bengaluru office, there is a significant amount of politics directed towards off-campus hired interns. They prioritize on-campus students for internships, offering them six months of experience followed by full-time opportunities. On the other hand, off-campus students who undergo nearly one year of internship are denied any future prospects and are treated with disrespect. The hiring process is heavily influenced by political factors, demonstrating a lack of understanding of how the VLSI industry operates. Some of their software is good, but the one-year internship for master's students at the Ansys Bengaluru office is completely worthless. I don't recommend any Tier 3 students to join here for a one-year internship, as it can completely ruin your career growth.

At the Bengaluru location, there is a complete bias towards off-campus one-year interns. There is no chance of full-time opportunities after the one-year internship. They hire from the outside without any valid reasons, disregarding the importance of your higher master's studies and talents. The VLSI industry should focus on real talents rather than personal preferences. Just flexible working hour. This one year internships is completely time wasting and don't have any guarantee about full time conversion. Due to politics are also at their peak at the Bengaluru office from the all high authority hierarchy.

Totally worthless 1 year internship and hiring is not done on the basis of the academic qualification and talents. Especially at the Bengaluru office this is happened often. I don't suggest any masters students to join their internship program. Hope this review helpful to others.

There is not such good ethics company just put blindfolds on interns. Special at bangaluru office they are doesn't support diversity and inclusion towards interns. They have don't believe on their own training towards off campus hired interns.

Nothing just some of the technical work. There is not opportunity after one year internship. So I don't suggest to join in the internship after or during your final year. At specially Bengaluru location never joined. There is not respect towards off campus hired students and no values of the talents.

The company has already hired someone from the B.Tech level with a 6-month internship and provided them with a full-time offer. It seems that M.Tech off-campus internships with one year of experience hold no importance or value.

My advice to the management is to engage in proper planning for a one-year internship and provide full-time opportunities to the interns, which would result in a better return on the company's investment.
