Reference policy is somthing that I adore a lot. If you refer a candidate for the international voice campaign, you have a chance to earn a referral payouts. Incentive we get in this is very good. And we to get to find talented indviduals for the company who could be a pefect fit for the campaign.

So many dislikes management is worst they hire employees in bulk when they have just a feeling that they will get project but if they don’t get they fired them with a 3 days notice and termination letter without any advance pay 1 incident I seen recently they hired 22 freshers who came here with high expectations because it was the first job they had and they did this thing (fired them after 3.5 month) they were working on very low salary already they don’t have any saving and they were depressed bcz what they will say to their families (I think this was worst thing they did) , all managers are friends and they don’t treat people equally they are partial and if karma is their company will shut down soon....Read More

There's nothing to like about company. Even if there was an option to not to choose any start then definitely I would have chose it.

Dislikes

They don't pay much, and want from employees to work like labor. They don't care about hard working employees. No management support. they fool you by saying Saturday and Sundays are off but then they force you to come and work. some managers have 0 knowledge about coding still they are manager and leading the teams. Over all this is the worst company I have worked with.
