Good company where you can be as part for decades... Work life balance is perfectly maintained. Support for the employees on his and her medical emergencies... Seniors are soo supportive to their juniors. The company is turning into an complete corporate model but not yet.

Company policies are need to change for PAN India operation. Learning opportunities were less. As being as a supportive role we also need training for the empowerment that the company should consider and provide at the time of need. Growth is slow but steady. The management is worse. During appraisal the team leader will hide the score and will only appraisal to those he had deal with. In operation department they take money and give appraisal accordingly. The management has all the ideas but hide all the fact. They get many Business Awards by giving money. I remember for great place to work we all wrote done what the team leader told as to write. We filled all the forms of employees which was meant for employees to fill in themselves.
