Annapurna Finance has been really supportive towards its employees and has not deducted any amount nor taken any cost cutting steps during this pandemic instead it has encouraged its employees to work just like they were before the pandemic and also offered 25,000 Rs insurance for employees who are being tested positive and a one-time deposit of Rs 10,000.

Dislikes

What I don't like about the company is the way even after working hard, an employee is not recognized for his/her efforts. Also the company needs to hire better people in the management positions. There lacks leadership among people who are being hired into the management positions which lead to problems in multiple areas.

Work Details

My work is somewhat challenging as I have to prepare reports daily based on the data received from the branches and provide the finished reports to the higher ups on a daily basis. And also prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
