Very orthodox culture, HR rules are can be tossed up with just 1 phone call from seniors. And this thing is highly dependent on person to person. Politics are too much among seniors, they don't work and never let other honest employees work. All they care about is the salary and incentive they received. I Will suggest, don't just join for the sake of money, you going to lose much more. No work-life balance, No proper leave management. No scope for learning and applying new thoughts. Work Was not definitive, had to do work from outside the job description every other day. it was challenging but if seniors dosent like your way then have to drop everything and had to work on there's. No scope of learning.
