No Leave policy No HR policy. No Job securiry at all they can release you at any time with short notice no matter how good you are performing. Hard to contact the HR for any small queries. You have to wait for the response.

Anlage: Definitely a fun place to work. MD: Umesh is one of the most reasonable person to work with. He has an open door policy, wherein one can step into his cabin or call him on Zoom (these days), and he would listen to your concerns/issues. Senior Management: Nitya, Iram, Supriya, Andy, and others, they are all very down to earthand everyone is just so approoachable. Technical Recruiters: Rahul, Sheetal, Jane, Pooja, Yogesh, others all are soft spoken, obviously target-focused, very hardworking, and very very friendly. My Job: I hire-train-deploy freshers at Anlage. Anlage has all the freedom to come, get trained and start full time job. Salary: Let´s say you will get what you deserve. Work-Life balance: I work Mon-Fri dedicatedly, take offs, travel extensivel, have fun. It is real fun to work independently and without any stress at Anlage.
