It used to the best company to work for. They were known for looking after the production people that is keeping everyone else in a job.(the underground non official workers). That changed in the early two thousands. They became so obsessed with BEE that it became racism against white people. The salary of underground workers is poor, especially miners. Dislikes

It is a discriminating company against white people. Normally 12 to 14 hrs per day no overtime or time of.

Work Details

From 2012/07/04 to 2016/07/14 was the worst time in my 33 years in the mining industry. Previously when I worked there I loved it.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

There is nothing for the workers.

As you work they train you a lot and the company is so big that accommodation isn't a problem also health care, education for kids

Dislikes

The salary was very low and sometimes because is underground mine, conditions at underground are bad so they should have paid some incentives
