Likes

Senior most partners are excellent. It's really nice go have interaction with them. Proprietor sir and below them 2 senior partners are very excellent in thinking and give good shape to innovative ideas. Feels lucky to work with these 3 honerables. Below them all hirerachey is totally misguiding the firm.

Dislikes

Middle level managers are third class. Specially nonsense in their thinking. If you have innovative ideas these managers will never support and they expect traditional way to follow. These managers are blocked seats over past number of years and will not move for remaining carrier.

Good place to work provided you get direct interaction with these 3 senior honerables. Otherwise it's full of third class team members having no direction. Just for salary purpose they blocked seats.
