-Work Culture including quality of work, supporting colleagues(team member, SO & mgrs;globally & locally) -Communication window is always open, its just on us when and how to use it like WFH for better quality of WLB. -Management(incl Global+Regional) are helpful and supportive whenever reached them. Gives time to hear out & guide. -Visit to GRAZ, for group meeting, almost every year.

- “A few weeds can choke a whole garden” with this i mean its frustrating when few colleagues dont even bother to ask questions or discuss things to reaponsible ones and then grouch about situation. -Resources have time to gossip but no time for constructive conversation to find a solution to support the team & management. -I think because of Open window to communication; expression & clarity has led resources to fly high that they forget the reality and start expecting that management/Andritz is their innate. -Unquestionable Favoritism has been so ingrained in the past practices that few reaources are now struggling hard to align with the ANDRITz GDC vision, which has led to the apread of negative sentimenta on the floor, rather than fostering mature converstaion....Read More

Read below points to know about what is going in the office. - No Job Security: * Employees are fired on a moment's notice without any prior indication, leaving them blindsided. - Toxic Management: * Since the new manager took ever, the overall culture have become toxice and the worst I have ever seen. * He is not technical at all and doesn't care about the actual work being done. You'll only be appreciated if you engage in sycophancy, and any concerns you raise will be ridiculed. - Micromanagement: * Productivity is measured by desk time, not actual output. HR tracks everything like a school. - Favoritism: * Promotions go to favorites, regardless of skills or experience. Least qualified people are made leads. Even the company policies are ignored and one person is given 3 to 4 levels of promotions in a single go just because they fly around the manager like bees. - No Growth or Learning: * There's no meaningful work or opportunity to develop skills, and initiatives are given only to select employees. Even your existing skills will be reduced to zero in this whole toxice environment. - Unprofessional Environment; * HR and the manager show no respect or professionalism, treating employees poorly, talking rudely and mocking their genuine concerns. They create their own policies for select employees and forgets these policies when coming to their favorite ones. - Crying Employees: * The manager's treatment is so bad that I myself have seen employees reduced to tears in the office....Read More

The IT culture here has become so toxic thanks to the new Management and their HR No individual respect exists here, manager is so rude with employees , I can read this in every other review here so surely I am not the only one who faces this issue Even HR is so rude and asks people to leave organisation when someone reaches for slightest concerns The funny part is management claims that they are open for suggestions and feedback’s but if you try to speak in any call you will be insulted infornt of 70 people This is nothing but one man’s dictatorship going on here, with terrible way of communications...Read More

Its not IT company first of all, no values in market, also HR policies and HR rules are very strict 10-11 hour work from office only. Hr and management are uneducated and unprofessional. Team leader local are also no experince in leadership. Bandar Banttt. Hai bass.. No manners how to talk with people and team.
