Policies aligned to Manufacturing. No IT culture. Employees are forced to come to office, can not WFH on Monday, Friday. Leadership has no direction except at what time are you coming to office and what time are you leaving Favoritism at peak, no criteria for promotion, salary hikes. No job security, lot of firing with out giving chance for performance improvement Low grade work, not much to learn and perform. Employees are to take leaves, if they can not travel to office to work No flexibility to WFH even if you have a urgency at home, you have to follow policy. No qualified IT HR, recruitment person is doubling up as HR partner and that too the HR person is not at Delhi to take care. It’s very much professional at times leaving a very small window for people welfare activities. Here everything is linked with growth of business, margins whereas human side is missing. I would love to see people feel engaged and more trust among themselves. Salary structure is also not good at junior mid level entire benefits are at the top. Fill Timesheet : no work for 8 hrs per day but fill timesheet 8 hrs productive . No one can fill there timesheet daily 8 hrs honestly. Promote to fill timesheet false so that fill fake hrs in ticket and your performance will down and employee going towards bad health like sugar, tension>..etc They plan to every year how to cut amount in salary ..Salary structure not good..so that big amount cut in tax.....Read More

Nothing good about this organization. No job security, poor management. They will kick you out if they have no upcoming projects. No one supports you here. Your seniors will save their own job. You will have to do clerical work in all.

Dislikes

Everything, from management to working culture. You are not paid that good. All clerical work. Just make ppts & excels. No job security at all. No career growth, no new learnings. I have not got any appraisal from past 20 months.
