1. Manager Favoritism: The manager openly favors certain people, especially one, and everyone knows it. This favoritism ruins the work environment. 2. No Real HR Policies: HR only exists to favor his boss, not the employees. They twist and present the policies to suit themselves. 3. The higher management is completely ineffective. They don’t support employees and can’t make decisions. 4. One-Person Rule: One manager controls everything. Team leads and HR are just his puppets and can’t decide anything on their own, but still act superior. 5. Constant Firing: Firing people is common now, making the job very insecure. 6. No Support System: The manager is the only option for support, and he’s extremely biased. Service Owners in Austria refuse to help, calling everything “local issues.” There is no hieriachy so once your manager refused anything you will have no option to go beyond that basically it is dead end. 7. No IT Culture: This is not a professional IT company. It’s a typical “LALA company” where one person controls everything and makes life hell for employees. 8. Terrible Exit Policy: When you leave, they’ll take back all the increment you earned from January to October, and you won’t get your bonuses. Iwould suggest please don’t join this company. Nothing to like here. Please Don't join in feed and biofuel division. I have never seen this type of worst division in my career. In one word....Its a hell

No proper management and support to the employees. No work time limit. You need to work like a robot for hours exceeding the actual work time. If anyone interested in joining Feed and biofuel division...never do that... Save your career from here.

Read below points to know about what is going in the office. - No Job Security: * Employees are fired on a moment's notice without any prior indication, leaving them blindsided. - Toxic Management: * Since the new manager took ever, the overall culture have become toxice and the worst I have ever seen. * He is not technical at all and doesn't care about the actual work being done. You'll only be appreciated if you engage in sycophancy, and any concerns you raise will be ridiculed. - Micromanagement: * Productivity is measured by desk time, not actual output. HR tracks everything like a school. - Favoritism: * Promotions go to favorites, regardless of skills or experience. Least qualified people are made leads. Even the company policies are ignored and one person is given 3 to 4 levels of promotions in a single go just because they fly around the manager like bees. - No Growth or Learning: * There's no meaningful work or opportunity to develop skills, and initiatives are given only to select employees. Even your existing skills will be reduced to zero in this whole toxice environment. - Unprofessional Environment; * HR and the manager show no respect or professionalism, treating employees poorly, talking rudely and mocking their genuine concerns. -Since the new Manager took over, he is only concerned about WFH policies. This has made it harder for people to balance work and personal life. He thinks only about how to make it harder for employee to survive. - Promotions and appraisals now seem to favor one specific employee (everyone can tell you her/his name you can see her/him everytime sitting in Manager's cabin and recently got extraordeniary Promotion). This makes it hard for the rest of us to feel like we have a fair shot at moving up. - It's clear that the Manager has favorites, giving special treatment to some people. - The company used to have a great culture, but it's become toxic and stressful. - “A few weeds can choke a whole garden” with this i mean its frustrating when few colleagues dont even bother to ask questions or discuss things to reaponsible ones and then grouch about situation. -Resources have time to gossip but no time for constructive conversation to find a solution to support the team & management. -I think because of Open window to communication; expression & clarity has led resources to fly high that they forget the reality and start expecting that management/Andritz is their innate. -Unquestionable Favoritism has been so ingrained in the past practices that few reaources are now struggling hard to align with the ANDRITz GDC vision, which has led to the apread of negative sentimenta on the floor, rather than fostering mature converstaion....Read More
