No skill development program, At a time of last round of interview they promise many things like we are using new technology and so many things for you to learn but after joining they forced to work on old technology, After all no growth is there. Compensation/ package here is not that great as expected and as said from other employees. Sales pressure is there but manageable based on your manager. If you're lucky to get a supportive manager you are through.
