A very good platform to start off your career, they will teach you and will guide you to achieve the defined target, best place for a fresher, leaders are very knowledgeable and will guide tou to the right path and will help you to understand the real estate market overall. Compensation/ package here is not that great as expected and as said from other employees. Sales pressure is there but manageable based on your manager. If you're lucky to get a supportive manager you are through.
