It's like a government office. Everything will be micromanaged by Anand bhai and his subordinates Chetan, Feeroz will just blindly nod yes to whatever he says.

The subordinates are forced to touch feets of their bosses and anand bhai The entire engineering staff of mumbai of nearly 50 people was forced to resign Anand bhai used to join engineering meetings and set infeasible deadlines for the projects without any considerations. Anand bhai used to scare the engineering staff by saying "ifyou dont follow him, Your career will be in trouble" and many more crazy & illegal things have happened there. No increments (5-7%) and no bonuses (if at all, then paid too late after pleasing the Chariman, Anand bhai a lot) The managing director(Amit son of Anand Bhai) who used to lead the engineering team, quit the company midst of multiple running projects, without informing any of the team mates.
