Well every company has some likes and dislikes, to figure out I would say company won't meet your salary expectations but you get the worthy experience. Another thing I dislike about the company is that there is no compensation for your extra hours of working not even for Sundays.

Company is good for fresher engineer who have completed BE from instrumentation background and who are looking to make career in the field of PLC,SCADA,HMI, site job. TA & DA is average.

There is bond/work agreement of 3 years which is of amount 2 Lacs. Poor management. Company policies disturb you. Company forces you to stay with them for complete 3 years. HR will never give you experience letter if you have not completed 3 years with complete notice period of 2 months OR paid full amount of 2 lacs by cash at account department. If you failed to complete 3 years & notice period as well as you refused to pay 2 lacs then HR will give you termination letter without giving any notice to you. So terrible & highly unprofessional ! Management always play politics with employee & if any employee is near about to complete his agreement/ bond then they plan a long site for employee so that employee can not attend other interviews and stay with analogic till work is not completed. Job is mostly on site. So you have to travel anywhere in India. You have to keep your bag ready for travelling. Manager may call you anytime even on Sunday. Mostly you have to travel on site on your weekend. So your weekly plan gets disturbed and hence you can not enjoy your work there. Site allowance is 500 RS & it may vary depending on city. TA is provided by company. Site job always disturb you mentally. Since you are living far from your house , friends. On site you may forced to drink by your seniors. People who have completed engineering from Computer/ ECE should go for IT companies by doing CDAC or any other IT course rather than going for site jobs. For fresher engineer they offer 12000 CTC. You will get near about 9500RS take home salary. Is it worth after completing 4 years of engineering & investing 5 to 6 lacs ? Salary increment is low. Management never give importance to senior. Site allowance is too low and will not guarantee it to clear. Managers are also not supportive and give constant mental torture. Can not survive in this type of environment. No allowance will get and very small company
