If you want to learn this is the best place because you have to a champ in multitasking, you have to do things which are out of your designation.

One of the worst management and work culture I've worked in my 5 years of career, the work pressure is immense, and there is no benefits, no yearly increment or career growth. And if you're in retail division you have to sell, you have to bill, settle cash, set up finance for customers that is hdfc, zest,Bajaj and what not..they won't provide finance staff, everything is on your shoulders, and the backend processes which are countless. If you're a person who care about their peace of mind then don't go for this. Or if you don't want growth or not caring about the above things..then you can work here for ages...Read More

Work life balance is worst, its not like a normal sales executive role in here we have to do even the managers job also.. starting from sales, billing, finance, reports and what not. Retail company with many opportunities but recitation is less, one esclation all your efforts will go in Wain, more internal politics, if you are least bother about compensation and growth you can work for ages here.
