You have to stay back rarely when there is an audit or too much work load, so 1st shift timing is good. However they will call you any day for fake urgency and won't give you C-Off against it.
Dislikes
Company increment is very less compared to others, nor they will promote you for 4-5 years. No skill development, no training is given even to freshers. Company culture is very bad. If employee stays back for company related work, no transportation is provided, you have to go on your own expenses. Interviews are taken only in English, If u have good technical skills but not good command over English, then they will reject you, however you will not even see the face of an auditor in your entire carrer. HR will make false promises at the time of joining and/or while offering a job. Admin department is worst (No proper transportation is provided on week off days, Many employees have to travel by standing in a bus due to mismanagement, also they will change the bus midway to save fuel, face punching machines are installed but not working also if u get seek while working no facility is provided to you to go home). Only production base company, no quality is maintained. If u wish to join this company please reconsider your decision, there are many better companies than this, please don't fall in the traps....Read More
