No job security,no university culture,only best for butterers with English ,one way reporting no multichannel reporting , no welfare policies for employees ,high expectation and less giving ,since 4 years no increments and above all atleast 400 employees got separated with very insultive way via email in September 2020 without any notice,enquiry because of one line statemente of either party one month notice . There is no PF deduction of all employees and also no DA to save Gratuity and other amounts . No clarity on EL amount and no retrenchment compensation to separated emoyees paid. Most of the separated employees are jobless due to their longetivity of service ,Age,Special profile in various departments.above all defence persons and over aged employees are still working. Before separation no approvals taken from state govt or UGC. Not observes age of separated employees. No private university done such a masscare of career of their employees in Indian history....Read More

Only butterer may grow Not faithfull ,sincere,loyal employees and hard workers.
