One who is keen of learning will get open opportunity to learn. Don't get into who is working and who is not develop your skills and move on when you feel like.

You are doing best of yours, just try to keep track of who is working hard and who is killing time, please praise deserving employees, management applications mean alot to those wo work and motivate to perform better. Would love to work again in future.
