A great place to work and learn independently, supportive next level teams, friendly Manager and Director. You will feel like you are working around with your friends. One who is keen of learning will get open opportunity to learn. Don't get into who is working and who is not develop your skills and move on when you feel like.

Dislikes

You are doing best of yours, just try to keep track of who is working hard and who is killing time, please praise deserving employees, management applications mean alot to those wo work and motivate to perform better. Would love to work again in future.

One of the best place to work in IT, Both the managers are beyond the expectation, manage us in all the condition and they do not want to loose there employee. U get inspiration from NOC Director i.e. Sudy sir how long they sit on there chair when any incident or MI comes and support the engineer.
