There are many things! The managers are EXTREMELY biased and are really inquisitive about your personal life. How you do in your career at ATC depends a lot on how happy are managers with you and mind you, this doesn’t have anything to do with how good you are at your job. Forget about promotions or good hikes if you aren’t pals with management.

It’s ok! If you sit infront if system, do bare minimum work, come in early, leave late then you’re all sorted

The company is good but then people working in ATC India are worst. Not at all a healthy environment. Only and only flatterers can survive and needed there. Plus managers are all mostly vulgur. Worst!!

All higher post people. They think they hire servants for themselves and not employees. Work is nothing good, no skill upgradation can be done. Only data validation type of work is there in all the projects. Only a very good flatterer survive.
