I like the concept of a digital Equalizer , competition classes provided to students, remedial classes and stem education provide to students.

Dislikes

I personally dislike the overburden on the employee,they dont understand the field realities and the way they are dealing with women employees😤.

Salary is on time and every ground staff is eager to learn and work.

No written documentation, No perks and increment, No time bound delivery of work, No uniform format for anything, No rules of hr,finance,accounts etc Most of the staffs have different ability than their job role like expert of livelihood is taking care of education project or expert of health sector is working for skill sector. Useless senior management, who never interact to field staffs and middle management is lying to the actual situation. Requesting higher management to intervene and interrogate/meet personally with the ground staffs...listen the actual situations,take their suggestion,make a career path for ground staffs otherwise a beautiful journey will end soon....Read More

The middle management act as an agent,who do not want to reveal the truth to the higher level management. Fool people are on driving seat with no knowledge about govt.school system,challenges of primary education as well as geographical. They are doing nothing and their so called central team visiting here only to threaten and divide the team. No training and development behaviour. Just waste of time to work here....Read More
