Salary is on time and every ground staff is eager to learn and work.

Dislikes

No written documentation, No perks and increment, No time bound delivery of work, No uniform format for anything, No rules of hr,finance,accounts etc Most of the staffs have different ability than their job role like expert of livelihood is taking care of education project or expert of health sector is working for skill sector. Useless senior management, who never interact to field staffs and middle management is lying to the actual situation. Requesting higher management to intervene and interrogate/meet personally with the ground staffs...listen the actual situations,take their suggestion,make a career path for ground staffs otherwise a beautiful journey will end soon.

Dislikes

Lack of proper planning, vision and strategy leads to poor implementation and execution of programs. This tends to put the person working in the ground under unnecessary pressure and stress All Saturday's are working which is kind of unnecessary. Yearly Contract and lack of pay slips

The work culture of the organisation is not good.

Organization culture There is a lot of politics in the organisation. Very slow professional growth, salary is also less comparative to other organisations. Lots of salary and growth disparity.

...ob everyone wants to grow on hard work of others so no good experience is there. salary was satisfactory but we get on time so that was the biggest relax. work environment was some time very pressurable , you are working 18 hrs no to eat ,sometimes u feel relax depends on your line manager.so overall it was average.

Dislikes

no compensation, no bonus, no other facility like travelling allowance, medical etc.

I started working here since 2022 and in last 2 years I found a very friendly and family like atmosphere. I got many kind of unforgettable lessons which I really want to implement in my near future, where ever I work.
