We can only trust in this organization i.e. Job Security because there is no hierarchy.

Dislikes

There is no career growth specially for those who work on project bases, no working culture , work pressure, no working culture, uneven appraisal system even they don't know how to behave with colleagues.

The organization really has a very good working culture, a team of experienced as well as young members putting up a joint effort to achieve the common goal of the organization. Especially the leadership team is the key who have a deep understanding on the different verticals. Dislikes

Compensation offered at the time of joining is decent but the growth is slow. Further the opportunities for vertical growth in the organizational hierarchy is very limited / slow.

My work requires me to take care of the Planning, implementation, and monitoring the operations of the Education program of AIF across 9 districts of Gujarat in close coordination with the State Program Head, work on improving the quality of intervention.

AIF is a really a very good organization with the top leadership giving strategic direction, middle leadership taking the lead with new ideas and opportunities and the executive team giving their best to achieve the program goals.

Career growth is very very slow.

No written documentation, No perks and increment, No time bound delivery of work, No uniform format for anything, No rules of hr,finance,accounts etc Most of the staffs have different ability than their job role like expert of livelihood is taking care of education project or expert of health sector is working for skill sector. Usele ss senior management, who never interact to field staffs and middle management is lying to the actual situation.
