No growth here and work pressure is 24hours and they will select you and after some days they will remove you and they will not tell you the reason also and they will directly tell you to look for another job for cost cutting.why they are selecting employees if they don't have any work .Also they will change the timing anytime and remove anybody as Thier choice simple I don't like this company .

Work Details

Generally my work was doing data entry at the back end and preparing the MIS of the applications of credit card which have been approved or declined .

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
