If you want to spoil your life and career than this is the company to work for. Be it covid or whatever situation they will ask you to come to office somehow and work for 15hrs a day in office. There is no job security, if project is gone they can remove you anytime. Appraisal does not depend on your work, but it depends how CLOSE are you to your manager. Learning is non existent. Teammates are pathetic. You won't get any proper training over here. Whatever you want to learn about the process, you will have to learn by yourself. There is no work-life balance as sometimes you might have to do 6 months straight night shift.

Dislikes

Management is totally pathetic. By spending some time with them,you will start questioning that how did they became managerial level guys. Teammates don't know how to behave,some even can't talk in English. I was lucky that I wasn't a fresher or else they exploit freshers like hell. Stay unemployed rather than joining this company
