There is politics too much and job security is critical. If there are no projects they will ask to leave after staying in bench.

PMP, The way site and offshore communications and handovers, with horizon concept growth is a blunder, salary hike is unsatisfactory, bonus is unsatisfactory, site opportunities are there but expectations to work increases to work 6 days and more than 11 hrs, some managers are devils.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
