The company is going downhill fast. Every single role is becoming contractual ever since that idiot Andy Jassy became the CEO. The management is making poor decision after the other. Job security is a joke and the salary is utter rubbish and garbage. The Interim managers and the tenured folks are tenured by name as they have zero idea regarding process knowledge. Too much of politics in the company and specially for internal job transfer, they prefer women to occupy the posts as they follow the so called "DEI" policy. And the post that I am in right now, you have to be your managers favourite to grow or from the same community.
