There is definitely no work life balance. Heavily coated with politics internally in teams and there is no transperency in anything other than the one which should actually should be anonymous. Expectations are skyrocketed. HR and Operations managers are bonded in a way that there are no escalation can be made at all. Hello all, I am having difficulty connecting with people for jobs, have applied at Amazon, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, CITI etc via career page but it's been months and no response. And can't find much on Linkedin. Nothing anymore. Used to be better, but now it's worse than most small companies where you expect the level of incompetence in management and policy that even the big corp Amazon is now displaying..

Everything. Every single day you're expected to work like a robot with genuinely inhumane and impossible standards to meet that only a machine can meet. They create and point mistakes before they tell you why that is suddenly a mistake which you've been doing for years as per policy. Punishment is given before policy revisions are communicated.
