It's a Good Platform to make career where looking at other process other then Hr. Associate, we get additional benefits and vouchers and meal cards, also we have to work only for Hours Coded to us no over time nothing no additional work shifts, just login on time and log out on time, also it's much convenient to work from home, we get all the help and assistance Quickly.

Well, Amazon is a good platform to make a career, but this Process Hr Associate is the Worst process in Amazon i would like to say, Initially they show you a good Salary number but belive me once we start working the money they giving us not worthy, i have been working in Amazon since 1 year, i was too enthusiastic but this process is so stressed, every other day they get new update and they train is on different process, and we are not aware when will get moved Initially i used to take calls the. Moved to chat, then one good day after handling 2 chats i started getting call, i mean how are we able to prepare our minds Mann, and other then all this we have a report card we we have to maintain good score even we do good on call, and the customer gives a bas survey for process it will impact a individual score, and we have to take breaks on time coded to us can't even exceed 1 minute, say my break is at 12.30 and i get a call at 12.25 and which last for 30 mins, the.
