Amazon was sometime a very good and employee centric company but now it treats like a slave .. too hectic target , micromanagement , they don’t care if employee leaves or stay.. employee cannot have work life balance at all . Unprofessional company, toxic workplace, Hr department also doesn’t help. If you don’t agree with your manager then you will be laid off for a silly reason. Even if you resign they won’t let you serve your notice period.

Company politics HRBP is inconsiderate towards associates. No job security...they can fire you if you are tenured....coz they will have to pay you more while they can make more money by taking a new hire and pay him/her less.
